About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell Dyson products in the responsible area according to the company's goals
  • Identify sales opportunities from sales data and set goals to increase Dyson's sales in the region and individual distributors
  • Actively discover new business opportunities in daily work and promote Dyson's distribution in the region
  • Manage distributors, sales operations managers, and product experts well, and establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with store managers
  • Responsible for the daily management of stores within the channel, including but not limited to the display standards, sample machines, GWP, inventory management, etc.
  • Responsible for the daily management and training of all employees in the region
  • Complete the review and signing of the distributor's annual contract and rebate policy according to the company's requirements
  • Complete the decomposed company's monthly/annual sell in targets under the premise of compliance
  • Complete expense-related work: including but not limited to PO, expense prepayment, rebate confirmation, etc.
  • Distributor profit and risk management, including but not limited to store Trading Term change tracking, distributor P&L tracking, new distributor profit forecast management, distributor capital & operating risk management, etc.
  • Distribution point and market development strategy formulation, including but not limited to city development strategy, distribution point development strategy within the city, store development, relocation, closure, etc.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree or above; business majors preferred
  • 5-8 years of retail sales management experience in department stores, electrical appliances, supermarkets or beauty channels
  • Strong team management ability, able to lead the sales team, train and motivate members, and improve the overall performance of the team
  • Strong stress resistance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, excellent customer service awareness
  • Proficient in office software; PPT skill
  • Master basic English reading and writing skills.
