Requirements

What you’ll need

BA or equivalent in related fields
5-8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
3+ years of dedicated experience contributing to and evolving enterprise design systems
A portfolio that demonstrates scalable design patterns
Expert proficiency in Figma
Exceptional knowledge of accessibility standards
Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, or similar)
Strong communication and documentation skills
