Key responsibilities & impact

Lead medium to large-scale global HR projects; define scope, plan, and manage all phases of delivery including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting; proactively manage scope and change.
Act as Test Lead for larger scale projects; establish a test plan detailing approach, ensure test cases are created, loaded and monitored throughout the testing lifecycle.
Establish governance and communication strategies to keep stakeholders aligned on status, risks, and deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify resources, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee all project activities including analysis, development, testing, training, and deployment.
Monitor implementation progress, drive issue resolution, and continuously optimize delivery plans.
Serve as Test Lead, establishing test strategy, plans, and calendars across all phases.
Manage testing approach, ensuring full traceability to requirements and effective defect resolution.
Ensure quality of test cases, data preparation, execution, and defect management.
Lead deployment planning and execution, ensuring production readiness.
Manage post-implementation activities, including lessons learned and adoption.
Contribute to PMO methodology enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, or related field) or equivalent experience
5–10 years of project/program management and testing experience
Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and test management
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with qTest and/or Jira preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive outcomes
PMP certification and Workday experience preferred.
