About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated global growth campaigns
- Own campaign performance across the full funnel
- Design and manage lead nurture and email programs
- Develop campaign reporting that connects activity to business outcomes
- Serve as a power user of Dynata’s growth marketing technology stack
- Collaborate with creative and content partners on campaign asset development
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing
- Advanced HubSpot experience
- Experience working in or alongside Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or a similar CRM
- Strong understanding of MQL, SQL, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, attribution, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
