About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintains full project ownership in delivering market research projects
- Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service
- Builds effective, professional working relationship with clients
- Ensures project task activities are completed through various support teams
- Proactively anticipates and resolves project challenges
- Collaborates and supports Sales in driving revenue growth
- Communicates project updates in a responsive manner
- Shares knowledge across internal teams
- Ensures survey quality using market research methodologies
- Tracks and manages complex project budgets and timelines
- Takes on high visibility projects across multiple methodologies
- Mentors junior staff and assists in their growth
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research
- Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
