About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects
  • Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects
  • Set client expectations, project delivery timelines
  • Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams
  • Project coordination with other departments (e.g., sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales team)
  • Project coordination with external partners – vendors and publishers
  • Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases
  • Cost confirmation and Invoicing
  • Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirements
  • Perform all other duties necessary for successful project completion
  • Ensure that client needs, and project objectives are consistently met
  • Perform Customer Relationship Management and Teamwork
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams
  • Learning/participating in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be fluent in Korean & English
  • Post Graduate – Any stream
  • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Possesses a strong understanding of market research
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be open to work in night shift.
