Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects.
Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects.
Set client expectations and project delivery timelines.
Ensure clear communication with teams involved in project delivery.
Coordinate with external partners – vendors and publishers.
Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in project phases.
Confirm costs and invoicing.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
Perform Customer Relationship Management and teamwork.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post Graduate – Any stream.
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency.
Strong understanding of market research.
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Open to work in night shift.
