About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects
Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects
Set client expectations, project delivery timelines
Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines
Project coordination with other departments (e.g., sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales team)
Project coordination with external partners – vendors and publishers
Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases
Cost confirmation and Invoicing
Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirements
Perform Customer Relationship Management and Teamwork
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams

Requirements

Post Graduate – Any stream
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
