About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects
Set up and coordinate new and ongoing projects
Set client expectations, project delivery timelines
Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements with related teams
Coordinate with external partners – vendors and publishers
Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases
Cost confirmation and Invoicing
Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
Perform Customer Relationship Management and Teamwork
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post Graduate – Any stream
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills
Strong computer proficiency
Strong understanding of market research
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work night shifts.
