Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Dynata’s Global P&L
Provide financial expertise, insights, projections, and analysis
Serve as a valued business partner by providing high‑quality financial analysis
Prepare consolidated reporting packages and participate in financial reviews
Lead the creation of key FP&A deliverables
Manage expenses and financial reporting for initiatives
Create and maintain financial presentations for CFO and department heads
Evaluate financial processes to enhance efficiency and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of FP&A experience strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Strong communication skills
Experience in the market research industry is a plus
Experience with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus
