About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Dynata’s Global P&L
- Provide financial expertise, insights, projections, and analysis
- Serve as a valued business partner by providing high‑quality financial analysis
- Prepare consolidated reporting packages and participate in financial reviews
- Lead the creation of key FP&A deliverables
- Manage expenses and financial reporting for initiatives
- Create and maintain financial presentations for CFO and department heads
- Evaluate financial processes to enhance efficiency and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of FP&A experience strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the market research industry is a plus
- Experience with IBM Reporting, Dynamics 365, Tableau, and PowerBI is a plus
