About the role

  • Manage the learning through effective facilitation processes
  • Use up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered
  • Access and collaborate with other expert resources to deliver training
  • Work with global L&D partners and regional leaders to align learning deliverables with strategic business needs
  • Assess performance and curriculum and delivery effectiveness
  • Work with managers to support trainees' transfer of learning to the workplace
  • Conduct needs analyses to create the optimal learner experience
  • Provide input to the Learning and Development strategy
  • Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience
  • Participate with the global L&D team in the development of learning practices, tools, technology, and learning solutions
  • Design and create activities and learning content to support the curriculum
  • Determine audience needs and flex program delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a learning Facilitator or HR Business Partner
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
  • Ability to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Good facilitation skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Technically savvy, with a passion for digital learning
