About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage data migrations, including Dynamo Accounting configuration, historical data, and go live preparations.
Provide private equity related technical and accounting support for new and existing Dynamo clients.
Analyze client fund LPAs, summarize key terms, and identify nuances to consider as part of the implementation process.
Assist in the migration of client historical data.
Assist in template configuration and customization.
Be a key player in managing the support inbox and responding to client/internal stakeholder's inquiries and requests.
Recommend enhancements to Dynamo Accounting based on data migration experience.
Participate in company events as deemed necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum BA in accounting
Strong Excel skills
Minimum of 3 – 4 years of prior experience in investment partnership accounting
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Commitment to a high degree of customer service
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple client priorities
Prior financial software implementation experience desirable.
