About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative support across marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
Coordinate and schedule content across digital channels (website, social media, email campaigns)
Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies
Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases (contacts, leads, campaign tracking)
Support event coordination including webinars, trade shows, and client events
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and engagement
Liaise with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external vendors
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Assist with general marketing operations and ad hoc tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, administration, or coordination role
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Exposure to CRM systems or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
