SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Architect

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and projects
- Translate business and HR requirements into robust, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
- Provide functional leadership across project lifecycles including design, build, test, deployment and post-go-live support
- Configure and implement core HR processes including organisational structures, employee data, workflows and business rules
- Advise clients on best practices, standard functionality and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration and reporting requirements
- Support and mentor consultants within the SuccessFactors practice
- Contribute to project planning, estimations and delivery governance to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central including core HR, workflows and data models
- Experience working in consulting or project-based delivery environments
- Ability to lead solution design workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
- Experience across additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly regarded
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without sponsorship
