Requirements
What you’ll need- Medior/Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
- Strong communication and proactive, with a "get stuff done".
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
