About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead SAP FI/S/4HANA Finance implementation activities across project phases, from design and configuration to testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Gather and analyze business requirements, run client workshops, and translate Finance processes into practical SAP solution designs
Configure and support key Finance areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and integration with Controlling
Prepare functional specifications, support developments, and ensure alignment with standard SAP processes and clean-core principles
Coordinate with integration, migration, development, reporting, and testing teams to ensure end-to-end Finance solution quality
Support data migration, testing, issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities
Act as a trusted Finance consultant for client stakeholders, providing guidance, managing expectations, and escalating risks where needed
Occasionally, contribute to presales and business development activities by supporting RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, client workshops, and opportunity qualification for the Finance and Controlling stream

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and ideally Controlling
Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects, including at least 2 in a lead role
Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Controlling processes, and cross-module integration
Experience with greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transition approaches
Proven customer-facing experience, including running workshops, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholders
Ability to design end-to-end business processes and translate them into SAP functional designs
Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead workstream-level delivery
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Willingness and flexibility to travel for client engagements and project-related activities, as required
