About the role
- Set up and configure SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), defining workflows and user roles and integrating with other systems
- Participate in direct material sourcing, manage purchase orders and contracts
- Collaborate with suppliers via Ariba Network to confirm orders, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery
- Track movement of direct materials to production sites and monitor inventory levels
- Identify disruptions or delays and resolve issues such as delivery delays, quality problems, or invoicing discrepancies
- Generate reports on direct material flow, provide insights to stakeholders, and identify improvement areas
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Integrate SAP Ariba with systems like SAP S/4HANA for seamless data exchange and process execution
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing and related modules
- Familiarity with supply chain processes including planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Experience working with direct materials and their unique requirements
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve delivery, quality, or invoicing issues
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Ariba
