Set up and configure SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), defining workflows and user roles and integrating with other systems
Participate in direct material sourcing, manage purchase orders and contracts
Collaborate with suppliers via Ariba Network to confirm orders, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery
Track movement of direct materials to production sites and monitor inventory levels
Identify disruptions or delays and resolve issues such as delivery delays, quality problems, or invoicing discrepancies
Generate reports on direct material flow, provide insights to stakeholders, and identify improvement areas
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Integrate SAP Ariba with systems like SAP S/4HANA for seamless data exchange and process execution
Requirements
Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC)
Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing and related modules
Familiarity with supply chain processes including planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
Experience working with direct materials and their unique requirements
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve delivery, quality, or invoicing issues
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with Ariba
