Technical Leadership & Application Development
Engage deeply in architecture, design, and problem resolution
Manage and execute programs to successful completion

Lead development, QA, and functional teams through managed cycles

Partner with Cutover and Operational Readiness teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in application development and delivery
Hands-on technical background in application development
Must have experience with application modernization
Proven expertise in technical defect resolution
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
8+ years of demonstrated success in enterprise transformation programs
Deep experience managing UAT cycles and defect triage
Experience leading development and testing for complex systems
5+ years of Agile delivery experience
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards
