About the role

  • Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support.
  • Planning and implementation of normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for.
  • Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality.
  • Owning proactive lifecycle vulnerability management.
  • Participating in Projects and Problem Management lifecycle activities.
  • Building good awareness of the customers’ business, environment, support processes and adopting new technologies.
  • Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines. Alternatively, an equivalent level of experience.
  • At least 5 years of IT experience, ideally in support of Network Security environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Expert knowledge in at least two of the following Checkpoint, Proxy (Skyhigh - McAfee), Load Balancers ASM modules (F5 or other similar vendors.), Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI.
  • Knowledge about security threats and remediation.
  • Good understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework (Change Management, etc.) and DevOPS model.
  • Autonomy and good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
