About the role

  • Bring functional knowledge & experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
  • Assess, design and implement user-requested changes (Change Management)
  • Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client

Requirements

  • Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of SAP Consultant experience in SAP SuccessFactors (experience in at least one of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Performance & Goals)
  • Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s)
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
  • Willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
