About the role
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support for SAP HCM Time Management (PT/TE) solutions, ensuring high-quality service for German customers.
- Maintain and enhance existing SAP HCM Time Management configurations, including time evaluation schemas and rules.
- Support change requests and drive implementation of enhancements in SAP HCM modules, particularly in Time Management.
- Ensure seamless integration of Time Management with related modules like Payroll (PY-DE), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).
- Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on HR business processes and best practices related to Time Management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and propose solutions.
- Assist in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions to modern SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, H4S4, and SuccessFactors.
- Document system changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in the fields of consulting, implementation, and application support of complex HCM solutions with strong focus on Time Management (PT/TE).
- Knowledge in related areas like Payroll (PY-DE), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), strong understanding of related HR business processes.
- Hands-On practice and implementation knowledge in PT/TE – time evaluation including developing and customizing schemas and rules, knowledge of integration with Payroll.
- Desirable experience in the migration of classic SAP HCM solutions and integration with SAP’s new technologies (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors).
- Fluency in German and English.
- High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to the realization of assigned tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills.
