About the role

  • Website content production
  • Build, publish, and maintain website pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in line with established content governance and publishing processes
  • Apply approved templates, layouts, components and imagery to ensure consistency across the website and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Produce pages for campaigns, services, industries, events and corporate initiatives, tailoring content structure to different audiences and objectives
  • Carry out routine content updates and hygiene activities
  • Content writing and editing
  • Write and refine clear, concise web content, adapting tone and structure for different use cases
  • Use AI tools to generate first drafts, outlines and summaries, applying editorial judgement to refine and finalise content
  • Edit, proofread, and improve articles and other content written by subject matter experts to ensure clarity, consistency and readability
  • Ensure all content meets brand, tone of voice, legal and quality standards prior to publishing
  • Collaboration and delivery
  • Work with campaign managers to clarify objectives and translate briefs into effective web pages in agreed timelines
  • Implement SEO recommendations and keyword guidance provided by specialists
  • Coordinate with design, development and analytics teams to support page delivery, updates, and improvements
  • Optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Review content performance and implement agreed improvements
  • Support ongoing content refresh and optimisation initiatives to keep the website accurate, relevant and effective
  • Explore and adopt new tools, workflows and AI-driven processes as they are introduced, contributing to more efficient content production
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and quality of content delivery, and share practical improvement ideas with the team

Requirements

  • Experience building, publishing and managing B2B website content using a commercial content management system, supporting business, marketing or commercial objectives
  • Experience working with structured web content, including writing, editing and refining content for corporate, service and industry-focused audiences using templates and defined publishing workflows
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and purposes
  • Good understanding of how web content supports user journeys, campaigns and business goals
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and translate requirements into well-structured web pages
  • High attention to detail and quality, with a strong sense of ownership for published content
  • Confidence using digital tools and adapting to new systems, including AI-assisted content creation tools
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent), with strong written and verbal communication skills for working in a global, cross-functional organization
