About the role

  • Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support;
  • Planning and implementing normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for;
  • Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality;
  • Participating in Projects and Problem Management lifecycle activities;
  • Building good awareness of the customers’ business, environment, support processes and adopting new technologies;
  • Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Min. 3 years (Mid level) and min. 5 years (Senior level) of IT experience, ideally in support of Network Security environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet).
  • Experience with IPS/IDS technology, Proxy (Skyhigh - McAfee), Load Balancers ASM modules (F5 or other similar vendors.), Cisco ISE.
  • Knowledge about security threats.
  • Good understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework (Change Management, etc.) and DevOPS model.
  • Autonomy and good problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • What we will consider as an advantage: Cloud Based Firewalls (Azure, AWS); Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. Terraform, Python, Ansible, GitLab or similar tools); Experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms; Infoblox – DNS/DHCP; Experience in enterprise environments or large-scale network operations.
