About the role

  • Derive and create software and architecture specifications from customer and system requirements
  • Define software components, interfaces, and data flows
  • Select and evaluate appropriate technologies and software platforms
  • Support implementation, integration, as well as verification and validation of the software
  • Create and maintain architecture and project documentation
  • Act as the technical contact for customers regarding software architecture and solution approaches

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or completed technical training with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in software development and system engineering
  • Solid understanding of software architectures
  • Experience with modern software technologies and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, web frameworks)
  • Understanding of IT security and data protection requirements
  • Experience with software development processes (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, test strategies)
  • Modeling and documentation skills
  • Good communication skills, assertiveness, decisiveness and customer orientation
  • Experience in selecting processes and tools and in requirements identification
  • Initiative, reliability, flexibility and resilience
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
