About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day Workplace Services operations for the London office.
- Manage and support a team of Workplace Assistants, setting clear expectations and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee the client suite and meeting spaces, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients and colleagues.
- Coordinate facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and supplier management.
- Support health & safety, compliance, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure a consistently high-quality experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Front of House, or Customer Service leadership.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing suppliers or external contractors and driving cost-effective service delivery.
- Good knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and building regulations.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Facilities Management qualification (e.g. IWFM Level 6, MIWFM, CIWFM).
- Experience within a professional services or corporate office environment.
- Interest in workplace improvements and employee experience.
