About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manage the end-to-end processing of payrolls across multiple countries and jurisdictions
  • maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential payroll records
  • complete payroll data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure employee data integrity and accurate payroll reporting
  • support compliance with local statutory requirements and international payroll regulations
  • assist with payroll audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
  • contribute to process improvements and payroll transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery
  • work collaboratively with the Global Payroll Manager and wider payroll team to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time
  • deliver a high level of customer service and support to colleagues across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a specialist payroll role
  • preferably within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment
  • strong numerical and analytical skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to work accurately with confidential information
  • confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • effective time management
  • embraces change with a positive attitude
  • works proactively and independently to support the team in delivering results
  • familiarity with payroll software and systems, preferably ADP (beneficial but not essential)
  • a strong understanding of statutory regulations
