About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a caseload of finance litigation matters under partner supervision.
- Provide advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance claims.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and networking.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
- A sound knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and associated regulations would be preferred.
- A sound knowledge of The Civil Procedure Rules 1998.
- Previous experience handling in your own right or supporting a senior team member with a caseload.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully analyse files and sensitive data.
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
