About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage commercial litigation matters, taking ownership of appropriate cases and supporting on complex disputes under Partner supervision.
- Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base, including corporates, public bodies and regulated entities.
- Take ownership of day-to-day case management, including disclosure, interim applications, and client reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic commercial advice.
- Contribute to business development and networking activities and the growth of the practice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A qualified solicitor with a strong background in commercial litigation/ disputes.
- Proven ability to provide proactive case management at all stages of a dispute, including large-scale disclosure exercises and complex procedural applications.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to mentoring and team development.
