Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous Paralegal experience of 6+ months is ESSENTIAL
Scottish qualified legal professional with previous Scotland law experience is ESSENTIAL
UK & Wales experience cannot be considered
Experience in Fraud, Motor, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Complex Loss, Catastrophic Loss, Employer's Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupiers Liability (OL), Credit Fraud, Recoveries, Abuse, Disease, etc. will be considered
Experience in litigation would be an advantage
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a volume of claims
