About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting senior stakeholders in the growth of the business's insurance practice areas.
- Delivering client-focused business development and marketing initiatives.
- Managing at least one of DWF's key insurance clients.
- Working closely with the Client Partner and Core Client Team to foster relationship growth and expansion.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, and motivating internal colleagues.
- Thriving in a collaborative senior team and enjoying creative problem-solving.
- Connecting specialists across service lines on a national and global scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven in the development and implementation of business development strategies.
- Proven experience in delivering B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Considerable experience in creating campaign strategies that have delivered commercial value.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to demonstrate a considerable understanding of client issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Sound business understanding, with commercial and risk awareness.
- Experience of working in a professional services environment.
- Experience of working in the relevant sector and/or Practice Area is helpful.
- Experience working in an international environment is highly desirable.
