About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advisory support on individual and collective employment relations matters
- Assist with sensitive, complex, and strategic employment law matters
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, legal opinions, and correspondence
- Support and handle employment-related litigation matters
- Contribute to cross-border cases in collaboration with international offices
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
- Develop and maintain client relationships over time
Requirements
What you’ll need- CAPA (French Bar qualification)
- Master’s degree (Master 2), preferably in Employment Law
- 0–2 years’ experience, ideally in business law
- Fluency in French
- Full professional proficiency in English, including legal terminology
- High level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
