About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide advisory support on individual and collective employment relations matters
  • Assist with sensitive, complex, and strategic employment law matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, legal opinions, and correspondence
  • Support and handle employment-related litigation matters
  • Contribute to cross-border cases in collaboration with international offices
  • Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain client relationships over time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CAPA (French Bar qualification)
  • Master’s degree (Master 2), preferably in Employment Law
  • 0–2 years’ experience, ideally in business law
  • Fluency in French
  • Full professional proficiency in English, including legal terminology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
