About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide essential administrative support across multiple Practice Groups.
- Scanning, printing, photocopying and binding documents.
- Managing document filing and archiving.
- Handling post, courier deliveries and original documents.
- Uploading and transferring information to internal systems.
- Responding to administrative requests from colleagues.
- Providing general office and administrative support, while liaising with internal teams as required.
- Please note that additional duties may be required in line with business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft systems.
- Excellent administration / organisational skills.
- Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels.
- A good team spirit with proven team working skills.
- Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an admin/secretarial position (not essential).
- Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems.
