About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Essential experience handling insurance, motor fraud litigation
- Strong understanding of motor-related claims and the litigation process, including pre - action protocols and CPR
- Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills, with experience using case management systems
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
