About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist fee earners with a diverse caseload of motor claims.
Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators.
Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
Researching to support legal strategies and case development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous paralegal experience handling in your own right or assisting on fraud/motor insurance claims, preferably with exposure to highways/property related cases.
Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
