About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist fee earners with a diverse caseload of motor claims.
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous paralegal experience handling in your own right or assisting on fraud/motor insurance claims, preferably with exposure to highways/property related cases.
- Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
