About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the operational functioning of the Delivery Centre team
Provide high standard of service delivery to both internal clients and external clients
Complete activities across a wide range of standardised work types
Support delivery of more complex activities and escalations within work types
Liaise with instructors regarding return dates and manage expectations
Maintain and develop sufficient competence and legal/technical knowledge
Demonstrate legal experience and ability to work with autonomy
Identify potential issues and suggest solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A law degree and LPC OR 18 months prior experience in the specific legal field
Evaluation and analytical skills
Good time management and commercial awareness
Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and database programmes such as Lexis Library, Lawtel, Westlaw and Practical Law for carrying out legal research
