About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the operational functioning of the Delivery Centre team
- Provide high standard of service delivery to both internal clients and external clients
- Complete activities across a wide range of standardised work types
- Support delivery of more complex activities and escalations within work types
- Liaise with instructors regarding return dates and manage expectations
- Maintain and develop sufficient competence and legal/technical knowledge
- Demonstrate legal experience and ability to work with autonomy
- Identify potential issues and suggest solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- A law degree and LPC OR 18 months prior experience in the specific legal field
- Evaluation and analytical skills
- Good time management and commercial awareness
- Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and database programmes such as Lexis Library, Lawtel, Westlaw and Practical Law for carrying out legal research
