Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles, case law and litigation
- Working with clients to understand requirements and manage cases
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Developing technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience handling own caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions
- Experience managing Employers Liability, Public Liability and Motor claims
- Insurance litigation experience is essential
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and to work effectively under pressure
