About the role
- Advising clients on all aspects of procurement law and the procurement lifecycle
- Working closely with central government, local government, wider public bodies and suppliers to the public sector
- Advising on the procurement of high-profile development agreements and managing concession procurements
- Developing and reviewing the suite of procurement documentation and notices
- Providing training and advice on the impact of the Procurement Act 2023
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of public procurement law
- Proven procurement experience in both public and private sectors
- Experience advising central and local government, wider public bodies, and suppliers to the public sector
