About the role

  • Advising clients on all aspects of procurement law and the procurement lifecycle
  • Working closely with central government, local government, wider public bodies and suppliers to the public sector
  • Advising on the procurement of high-profile development agreements and managing concession procurements
  • Developing and reviewing the suite of procurement documentation and notices
  • Providing training and advice on the impact of the Procurement Act 2023

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with extensive knowledge of public procurement law
  • Proven procurement experience in both public and private sectors
  • Experience advising central and local government, wider public bodies, and suppliers to the public sector
