About the role

  • Reviewing and preparing reports on title
  • Running a conveyancing sale/purchase file from start to finish
  • Ability to run a new build sale or purchase file from start to finish
  • Review Sale Agreements/Option Agreements/Agreements for Lease and prepare reports
  • Review property certificates/searches/service enquiries/CPSE Enquiries and report on same
  • Prepare straightforward general conditions of sale contracts
  • Ability to prepare First Registration/Registration applications at the Land Registry
  • Prepare SDLT Returns

Requirements

  • 2-4 Years PQE
  • Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
  • Knowledge of working with residential or commercial property files
  • Client relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Teamwork and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other practice areas such as Employment, Corporate and Construction
  • Time management skills
