About the role
- Opening client files (conflict checks, KYC, creating files in SECIB Neo)
- Drafting and processing invoices and requests for client file checks
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Supporting the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations
- Managing RPVA systems (e-Barreau and e-Carpa) for service of pleadings notifications, filing documents, scheduling hearings, managing funds, and renewing e-barreau keys
- Organizing travel and business trips
- Drafting and formatting legal documents, including summonses, motions, and procedural pleadings
- Transcribing dictations and handling correspondence with courts and legal parties
- Maintaining hearing calendars, preparing briefs and trial bundles, and supporting case file organization
- Conducting legal research and collaborating with lawyers to prepare cases
Requirements
- Previous experience in legal and administrative roles, preferably in a law firm
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high service standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Autonomous approach with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Proficiency in English, with professional written and verbal communication skills
