About the role

  • Management and leadership of strategic digitalization and mobilization projects within the framework of the digital agenda
  • Analysis and optimization of existing processes, and development of target IT-supported processes for automation and digitalization
  • Contribution to IT strategy, preparation of requirements (Lastenheft) and specifications (Pflichtenheft), and operational implementation in digital projects
  • Independently commissioning and managing internal and external IT service providers and acting as the interface to innovation partners
  • Supporting business units in change management and driving sustainable, forward-looking development of digitalization

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with a focus on IT change management, digital transformation, digital business, process optimization, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a commercial-technical environment and solid experience in IT project management
  • Good knowledge of business administration and controlling (management accounting)
  • Very strong analytical and conceptual skills to clearly present complex issues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational talent, team orientation, and an independent, resilient, and assertive way of working
