About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale the team according to product needs.
- Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
- Create effective collaboration processes and foster a strong team culture.
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions throughout the development process.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
- Define goals, success metrics, and key deliverables for the product.
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage workflows.
- Maintain clear project documentation (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Handle operational tasks required to support and scale the product.
- Collaborate with leadership (CTO, CPO, CEO) to align on product strategy.
- Lead regular meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure transparent communication on progress, risks, and results.
- Oversee product testing and quality assurance.
- Support the product after launch: gather feedback, plan improvements, and drive adoption.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the product.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+
- Experience in fintech domain (e.g., payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing, or similar areas) is required.
- Proven experience building and leading teams.
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and validating design solutions.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Industry expertise in SaaS.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
