Backend Engineer

• Bring transparency to the financial markets: You will bring transparency to consumer lending, mortgages, and other asset classes, by enabling our customers at banks, hedge funds, and credit originators via our SaaS offering including our Cashflows API product to quickly extract insights from large private and public datasets.
• Develop using a modern, open source stack: You will develop on top of a software stack that includes Kotlin + Spring Boot with some legacy apps built on Scala + ZIO and Python + FastAPI. We continuously evaluate and adopt new open source technologies to solve customer needs, so the skills you develop here will serve you well beyond dv01.
• Interact with a diverse team: You will collaborate closely with other teams at dv01 to create great products. This includes working closely with the product team to understand the customer story, design team to understand the motivation behind the UI/UX, the data engineering team to understand the most efficient way to query that data, and finally front-end engineers to fully build out the product.
• Gain knowledge of the financial industry: You will have an exclusive view into the system that enables Americans to afford houses, cars, and college. You will learn about the participants, terminology, and mathematics behind this sector of the financial markets.

Senior Backend Engineer

Platform Engineer

• Build and operate an AI infrastructure platform: You will design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure and platform tooling that accelerates AI development across the company. This includes enabling teams to develop, deploy, and operate AI-powered services safely and efficiently in production environments.
• Own the DevOps and infrastructure side of MLOps and Agentic Systems: You will focus on the operational foundations of AI systems, including CI/CD for AI workloads, scalable inference infrastructure, observability, cost management, and reliability. You will establish repeatable patterns and shared services that reduce friction for teams building AI-enabled applications.
• Enable AI services, agents, and runtime platforms: You will build and maintain infrastructure to support AI services such as LLM-backed APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agentic systems used by production applications. You will enable secure tool access, runtime orchestration, and isolation boundaries for AI-driven workloads.
• Integrate MLOps capabilities into platform operations: You will apply MLOps concepts to improve platform operations, including using AI-driven approaches for monitoring, alerting, anomaly detection, and incident response across AI and non-AI systems. You will help evolve how the platform observes and operates complex AI-enabled systems at scale.
• Establish governance, security, and operational guardrails: You will help define and implement infrastructure-level governance for AI systems, including access controls, deployment policies, auditability, and secure-by-default patterns. You will partner with security and compliance teams to ensure AI infrastructure aligns with organizational risk and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and enablement: You will act as a technical leader, influencing platform architecture and best practices across teams. You will mentor engineers and work closely with product, data, and application teams to align AI platform capabilities with business goals.

MLOps Platform Engineer

Data Analyst

• Be on the cutting edge of structured finance and technology. You will be a critical piece in dv01's robust expansion into the capital markets and structured finance space, combining your knowledge with our state-of-the-art technologies.
• Expand your structured finance knowledge. You will gain exposure to many facets of the ABS and RMBS spaces, combining information from a variety of sources (loan-level transaction data, deal documents, trustee reporting, etc.) that all flow into dv01's wide range of client offerings.
• Enhance your technical skills. You will work closely with engineering teams at dv01 to develop and productize solutions, both for our customers and internally. If you're not already aware of the world that exists outside of Excel for data analysis, you'll become familiar with it very quickly.
• Be customer-facing. You will directly communicate with contacts at hedge funds, banks, and asset originators, providing valuable reporting and analytics services to assist with their internal processes.

• Own and lead a strategic book of business, with full accountability for account health, retention, and expansion aligned to dv01’s revenue and product objectives
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for your clients that ensures increased dependency on our products and services along with driving incremental growth across footprint, products and revenue
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building relationships across all levels of client organizations, including senior decision-makers
• Leverage your deep client and product knowledge to influence product strategy, suggesting enhancements that maximize client value while supporting our long-term product vision and business goals
• Act as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for high-impact product and process improvements while maintaining a strong feedback loop
• Use client usage data and analytics to identify adoption trends, expansion opportunities, and risk, proactively driving mitigation and growth plans
• Partnering with leadership to evolve client strategy and ensure dv01 remains indispensable to its most strategic clients’ workflows
