Cloud Engineer II

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design and architect state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to unlock valuable insights from unstructured banking documents, including building document parsers and classifiers.
• Build, deploy and maintain new and existing AI/ML solutions and participate in end-to-end software development of new feature functionality and design capabilities.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code and establish meaningful criteria for evaluating algorithm performance and suitability.
• Optimize processes and make informed tradeoffs across speed, performance, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.
• Interact with cross-functional teams including internal domain experts, product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Keep up to date with AI/ML best practices and evolving open-source frameworks, seeking continuous improvement and innovation.

AI/ML Engineer

Controller

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive internal control framework over financial reporting and the General Ledger (GL).
• Document and monitor internal controls monthly, ensuring effectiveness and compliance; identify and implement process improvements to streamline close and reporting activities.
• Manage the financial statement close process, including cash reconciliation, revenue recognition, payroll processing, cash flow management, and procurement oversight.
• Prepare and present financial and accounting reports, statements, and analysis to management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide financial and accounting guidance and support to other departments (product, marketing, sales, engineering).
• Assist with the invoicing process and ensure customer contracts are accurately entered into the invoicing system.
• Take ownership of dv01’s annual financial statement audit, leading the process end-to-end and acting as strategic liaison with auditors.
• Coordinate audit requests, manage relationships, and ensure a smooth, timely audit process.
• Leverage AI to identify automation opportunities within Accounting and implement automation tools for reconciliations, reporting, and close activities.
• Gain leadership exposure with opportunity to step into Controller role; improve workflows, controls, and policies as dv01 grows; collaborate across teams.

• Embedded QA on one or two agile engineering teams advocating for quality
• Define test coverage, execute tests, and collaborate during sprint planning
