About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take engineering POCs and MVPs and turn them into polished, production-ready experiences
  • Propose greenfield design solutions for new flows, hand off to engineering, or ship them yourself
  • Work directly in the production codebase — React, TypeScript, modern UI tooling
  • Use AI-native workflows to translate designs into code and accelerate everything you ship
  • Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and customers to articulate problems clearly and move fast
  • Help shape and grow the design system as the product scales
  • Hold a high quality bar across UX, visual craft, and the code that ships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong product design background with a track record of shipping production B2B or enterprise product
  • Comfort working in production code — React, TypeScript, and modern UI tooling
  • Some exposure to complex B2B workflows or power-user tools
  • Deep product design experience from a traditional product, engineering, design triad — strong on user empathy, problem framing, and shipping great UX
  • Designer-turned-engineer profile, not a traditional engineer
  • Comfortable in production code: you're not shy of opening a PR.
