About the role
- Support Dutchie’s ACH Digital Payment Product, Pay by Bank, assisting in fraud management and ACH operations
- Review and complete manual fraud review queues, scrutinizing transactions for suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Monitor and review transactions to identify and mitigate fraud risks
- Respond to ACH exceptions and document each case for audits and compliance
- Respond to consumer and dispensary support requests related to Dutchie’s ACH program
- Process documents received from banks and financial institutions and maintain records for audits
- Ensure ACH processes meet service level standards, regulatory compliance, and audit soundness
- Stay informed on NACHA rules and other ACH-related regulations
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience working in ACH Operations or fraud prevention
- Previous fraud review and prevention experience is strongly preferred
- ACH operations experience is preferred
- An analytical mindset and comfort with analyzing data sets
- Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules is preferred
- Knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies and procedures is preferred
- Experience working directly with customers, customer-facing teams to resolve merchant issues and support tickets
