About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive high-impact network solutions as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to shape their digital infrastructure and business success
- Collaborate with your team to take care of driving network solution sales and delivering impactful customer outcomes
- Generate, develop, and manage a strong pipeline for network solutions by identifying and qualifying customer opportunities
- Collaborate with account teams to define, plan, and execute effective sales strategies for networking and security offerings
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners to drive long-term business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a relevant higher education (e.g. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent practical experience
- Have proven experience (e.g. 3+ years) in network solution sales / a solid understanding of the network market
- Understand the network market and customer needs
- Demonstrate a track record of building, managing, and closing sales pipelines and meeting sales targets
- Possess a solid technical understanding of network and security solutions
- Can translate technical solutions into clear business value for customers
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and consultative sales skills
- Have experience working with relevant vendors (e.g. HPE, Cisco, Fortinet – certifications are a strong plus)
- Show strong stakeholder management and consultative sales skills
- Work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner
- Are comfortable using CRM tools to support sales processes
- Have strong communication skills in Finnish and English
