About the role

  • Participate in process discovery and assessment
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations
  • Monitor bots in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on workflows
  • Document automation solutions (process flows, design specs, test plans, runbooks)
  • Support integrations when needed (APIs, databases, files, ETL-style workflows)
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams
  • Help track and report automation metrics
  • Support and enhance existing automations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or software development
  • Solid hands-on UiPath experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
  • Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and support production-grade automations
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript)
  • Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases, Excel/CSV files
  • Ability to work autonomously and support junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience or strong interest in generative AI and AI-assisted automation (preferred)
  • UiPath certifications or readiness to pursue them (preferred).
