About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Regularly travel to customer sites to present offerings and develop new business opportunities
  • Implement strategic account management practices to maintain and grow relationships with global key accounts
  • Drive the expansion of business within the assigned territory through targeted strategies
  • Responsible for growing business with both assigned and new accounts
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key contacts in customer organizations
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and new market opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the territory and target markets
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams
  • Lead negotiations and close deals ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements
  • Accurately forecast sales targets and work to meet or exceed goals
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline status

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive sales experience in the Medical Device field
  • Strong industry network with OEMs
  • Experience in ISO-13485 and FDA/EU Class II and Class III Regulatory Clearance
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-starter working under minimal supervision
  • Requires light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities
  • Requires periods sitting, using a computer, as well as periods of standing and walking
