About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to customers in the Aerospace & Defense segment
- Analyze part performance and implement corrective actions
- Serve as the technical focal point for assigned accounts
- Deliver customer training and presentations at industry conferences
- Lead or support technical programs for product qualification
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship required due to export control regulations
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of aerospace engineering experience, with a preference for Aerospace & Defense experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive programs across various departments
- Proven track record of initiative, ownership, and execution on complex projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of the Aerospace & Defense sector, particularly in polymer composite fabrication processes
