About the role
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within various industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating on conducting market to identify potential customers/end users and understand market trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers/end users and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding end user needs and recommending appropriate product solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of chemical protective garments, including features, benefits, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate on conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers/end users.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in PPE technology.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer/end user interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work in coordination with distributor sellers on Key Account and End User management.
- Engages and coordinates distributor sellers to identify and close new end user sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business or marketing field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the PPE or related safety equipment industry or previous experience in Pharma industry.
- Good understanding of PPE products and relevant safety standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in B2B sales and working with industrial or PPE sectors.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region, (50% of time, travel is expected).
- Good English presentation & communication skills.
