About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, clinics, community organizations, advocacy groups, and social service agencies
  • Conduct ongoing outreach to generate and strengthen referral partnerships
  • Communicate with medical offices and community partners to introduce and promote clinic services
  • Plan and attend provider meetings, networking events, health fairs, and community functions
  • Represent the clinic in a professional, mission aligned manner within the community
  • Track outreach activities and referral sources, providing regular reports to leadership
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient volume and community awareness
  • Manage digital marketing efforts in tandem with web developers, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website content updates
  • Draft thank you letters and follow up correspondence to referring providers
  • Coordinate graphic design, printing, and distribution of brochures and outreach materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all patient and provider facing communications
  • Review and manage patient testimonials and online reviews
  • Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships and increase awareness
  • Work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to align outreach efforts with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to bodily autonomy
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Highly proficient with social media management, website maintenance, and general marketing principles
  • Expertise using graphic design software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Comfortable with local travel for outreach and community engagement
  • Ability to respond enthusiastically and positively to ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative and proven ability to work both independently and in a dynamic team structure
  • Highly proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially presentation and spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of the political landscape involving abortion care (preferred)
  • Previous experience in abortion care or reproductive health (strongly preferred).
